Babybel was created in 1931 in France and successfully launched on market in 1952. This pressed cheese is easily recognizable thanks to its distinctive red wax. In 1977 appears the miniature Babybel version: Mini Babybel which is marketed as a uniquely natural convenient snack. Babybel is the French version of the Dutch Edam cheese. |
